Active Rehab / Kinesiology
Active Rehabilitation is a one-on-one session with a Licensed Kinesiologist who is an expert to body movement. It specifically addresses injuries caused by accidents. Our clinic is staffed with a team of experts who thoroughly understand how the body should move.
The patient will be guided through a series of special exercises and stretches to ensure proper body mechanics and techniques are completed correctly. We help address postural and muscle imbalances, improve patients’ strength and endurance, and provide them with a customized exercise program to continue independently. The goal is to increase the body function and strength to return to pre-accident condition.
We currently accept ICBC patients. The first appointment will be a 60-minute assessment, a review of the medical history, current limitations, and goals. The Kinesiologist will develop a treatment plan that suits your needs and goals.

- Had a motor vehicle accident
- Sport injury
- To Improve overall posture and body mechanics
- To reduce muscular imbalance via targeted strengthening
- To decrease whole-body pain and discomfort, especially following a motor vehicle accident
- To manage chronic or new sports injuries
- To restore range of motion by addressing soft tissue injuries
- To increase stability, flexibility, and exercise tolerance through gentle physical conditioning
Fargol is a work-driven and highly motivated person who has over 15 years of customer service experience. Throughout her life, she has been extremely active and participated in numerous sports growing up. She has a passion for health and fitness.
She completed her Human Kinetic Diploma at Capilano University in 2015 and then finished her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2018. She also has obtained her personal training certification in 2016.
She focuses on continual lifelong learning as she works towards enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance, and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. She believes seeing a change in someone throughout their fitness journey is incredible, not just physically but also mentally.
